Plan E

This plan was used for one of our duplex pairs. The "E" plan features:
  • 3 bedrooms and 2 baths on a walkout basement and main floor (no upper floor)
  • the main floor and basement each have 832 sq ft in the 26' wide version
  • footprint: one side is 26' wide x 32', the other is 28' x 32'
  • the two homes share a large front porch but have individual back decks
  • the basement includes two bedrooms (or one basement and a rec room), an alcove, a full bath, and storage space
  • the main level includes a bedroom and a full bath, along with an open-plan kitchen, dining area, living room and alcove.
