Shadowlake Village - Plan A This two-bedroom plan was used for the townhouses, our smallest and most affordable units.   We have a row of four townhouses in the wooded north node. Townhouse features include: 2 bedrooms, one full bathroom and one half-bath on 2 floors Large front and back windows French doors open onto a generous and private back deck Each townhouse is 16' wide by 26' deep, with 836 square feet.

"A" plan main floor The main floor has an eat-in kitchen at the front, with large windows onto the pedway, and a living room at the rear, with an atrium door opening onto the back deck, plus a half bathroom.

"A" plan upstairs floor Upstairs are two bedrooms and a full bathroom plus space for a stacked washer/ dryer or storage closet. Large bedroom windows let the light in.
